Ritz Carlton? More like holiday inn rooms, completely old fashioned, i feel like i was at someone’s grandmas spare bedroom. Like how would the ritz put their name on those rooms ? Absolutely horrendous, motel feel
I had a great weekend at the hotel with my family and completed the weekend with a much needed massage. The masseuse was great, and the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The spa itself was beautiful and set the tone for a relaxing afternoon. I must also compliment the customer service. Highly recommended!
I would recommend skipping this spa. I would not recommend getting a massage here.
I went for a message that was good but the relaxation room is uncomfortable. The staff kept telling me to help myself to snacks which consisted of a small, dish with 4 chocolates for the entire spa. I saw them and when I went to get one, they were all gone. I looked twice. My message therapist told me to help myself to pastries which were non existent. When I think of Ritz Carlton, I think luxury but this spa is underwhelming.
Had a great massage!
