Do not rent from them!! They will charge you for everything. I change my filter once a month and still got charged for this raggedy house. This has been one of the worst places I’ve lived. I repeat if you want to keep your sanity stay away!!!! I was advised to start changing every 2 weeks and have since been doing that, then they have the audacity to charge without saying anything.
