On Monday, January 8th, I attended a four-session class that combined Ron's opening talk on the connections of mind, body and spirit with a session of Kundalini Yoga. Both were informative and inspiring, and I am looking forward to the next class. Please post on Facebook when the Friday Sound Bath sessions will begin. Monday was the first time I have heard the crystal bowls...a transcendent experience, for sure!

I just wanted to thank you for the ozone injections to treat shingles, I'm blown away by the results! By the following morning the pain, itching, redness were gone and the lesions were much smaller.. now 2 days later it's essentially healed!
