Unprofessional, perhaps poorly trained, and incompetent receptionists. I called on a Monday and was told that I would receive a call the next day at 1:00 PM for a screening. No one ever called. I then called back, and they returned my call the following day, but there was no acknowledgment of their failure to call at the appointed time the previous day. Run in a different direction. Especially if you want professional care. What you will get here are unexperienced students practicing on your real life….
