Provider inappropriately prescribes medications and effectively puts patients lives at risk. Practice is impossible to get a hold of and regularly fails to refill prescriptions on time. Siskiyou Behavioral Health has caused a lot of grief for my family and I would highly recommend staying away (which is not hard as they are not accepting new clients at this time).
Shes a wonderful person and doctor. Best decision I've made in quite a while.
Hands down the best decision of my life. Shannon is knowledgeable, tentative, open minded, and very reliable. I moved across the US and refuse to transition to another provider because of how much I love her.
