Due to the lack of experience and ineptitude of Curran Skinner and Justin Sisemore; fraud was perpetuated on the Mediated Settlement Agreement and the final processing of the QDRO for my ex-husband's pension will not be completed until one year from the date of the Mediated Settlement Agreement. I will not recommend your law firm.

I hired Justin and his firm during the early part of 2018. He and his associate, Pam Wilder began mishandling my case from day one. The mistakes, the lack of professionalism, and the practice of not being up front with me as a client continued right through until I terminated his firm for, among other reasons, mishandling my case while at the same time setting things up to charge me an unconscionable amount of money. I hired Justin paying him a $15k retainer. My case from a legal stand point was simple. I can attest to this because I have since had the trial in my divorce case - (handled by another attorney after firing Justin for the reasons discussed below). If I had stayed with Justin, I would have paid him close to $27K for a case with no real issues in dispute and was resolved easily once I got to trial. ustin Sisemore is an amazing and gifted attorney. He is doing what he was born to do. He just took me through a very difficult divorce with an extremely contentious ex husband. During the year and a half leading up to the final trial there were many situations that required Justin to be prepared and ready to fight for me. This lawyer re-wrote a friend's mediated agreement after she signed it- putting his client in a better advantage legally than my friend, who had no attorney to review and notice the changes. Very unethical! This attorney's office is also handling a frivolous custody issue for someone who posted a comment below praising them- and all they have done on that case is make sure its strung out for extra billable hours to both sides. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY LAWYER FROM THIS FIRM, ESPECIALLY JUSTIN SIZEMORE AND SAMANTHA WOMMACK.

Jerold Mitchell is a 5 STAR lawyer. I listened to everything he would tell me very closely. But what got my attention was that he would always say "WE". He made me fill that i was not alone in this he was their for me. He always made me fill positive of every step we took. I found out that he is from west texas right around from my neck of the woods, so to speak. The ladies at the front desk were extrimly nice and proffectional.
