SHAME on this local business! The "Break The Bank" scratch game that they mailed out in Las Cruces is a fraud and a scam. When you read the fine print, you realize you didn't win the $10,000 prize. What a cruel scheme to pull on people with Trump's SNAP shutdown going on now. I won't be doing business with them.
