Customer service was amazing everything went well signed papers 2 weeks ago but I am still waiting to receive my car .. that's the only down fall is I still don't have my new car ..
I was in the market for a new to-me truck and caught an ad for a used Powerstroke at Sisbarro on Facebook. I decided to call and inquire about the truck. Initially, I was transferred and hung up on. Called back and the second salesman could barely answer the phone and could not answer any questions about the vehicle. Called back for a manager. I let the manager know why it was calling and let him know my recent experience. He cut me off several times and offered nothing but excuses. Total incompetent sales staff and manager.... read more

The experience of buying a truck at Sisbarro was amazing, Nick Chavez in sales was very helpful as well as David Paez in financing. I would give it a 5-star review, but I was not happy with the detailing of the truck. Windows were dirty from the inside, glue was left on from the stickers, toothpick was left in the driver's door. The AM/FM radio was not working, and it's been difficult to get and appointment in service department. Beside that it was a great experience!!
was okay. able to factory order from GMC and had delivered here.
