I got my taos 4 months ago.. I got it with a rat stuck in dashboard complained to dealer was told i was crazy... RecommendedThe staff is always very friendly and bend over backwards for you.My family, business, and myself have purchased many vehicles from Sisbarro. The Volkswagon store especially is awesome. They have a very fun and friendly atmosphere that makes buying a vehicle a better experience. I got my car there with excellent customer service from Nick and then last week tried to get another different vehicle and asked for Nick given his excellent skills but he was off and talked to Cynthia and.....well thanks to that Sisbarro lost a customer and ended up going somewhere else for a better deal for better trim. Sorry but thanks to that customer service someone else beat the sisbarro deal in price and customer service.
After selling me a car that had a few issues. Which I was okay with as long as the warranty covered them. Long story short sold me the car warranty didn't cover anything I was told it would cover. I went in to trade it for something else, I was okay with my pymt going up to get something I would be happy with. Told the salesman all of this in detail. These guys are great I bought a Volkswagen from someone else and one week after I bought it I hit a rock in the middle of nowhere and it cracked my transmission. I had it towed to Silver City where I was staying at the time and no one at any shop wanted to work on it. Frustrated because I just bought the car and was getting ready to move again (constantly moving for work every 13 weeks) I had the vehicle towed to Sisbarro Volkswagen and they had it fixed quicker than I expected. Sisbarro Volkswagen has been BY FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had! If you don’t want to feel pressured into a car this is your place. If you are looking for a New VW or quality used car go see Chris he helped me find the right car, not one I kinda liked the one I loved! The whole dealership made it feel like I was buying from family.
