I was brought in as a temp. Worked and was always on time and had no bad results with any Ops management. Was told I would be great for the job. Almost 90 days in and asked to go to HR and was told because of my background I was unhire able. But yet one of thier own has the same kinda background. Honestly they discriminate against people for no reason. Might want to rethink your policies. Also they are using Temps for quick jobs and blow smoke till they let them go.
Not a bad place to work, pay is substandard.
