Posting about our horrible experience in working with Sirva, the insurance provider for North American van lines. Like Mr. Saurbeck, we too have been trying to process a claim for a missing nightstand from our most recent move. The nightstand was actually here, brought up to the bedroom and when it didn't fit, we asked if they would kindly bring it back downstairs. We never saw it again.
