It has just been a simple, easy process to remortgage my property. The enact portal was a great way to communicate, easy to use and any questions I had or problems were dealt with efficiently . Sometimes I would phone them to discuss things and they were very polite and helpful in guiding me through the process and answering any questions I had .

Im late adding this review as our issue began in July 2022 and was resolved in January 2023. Vladislav was absolutely amazing from our very first consultation until the matter was resolved. I have had an initial meeting with Vladislav Sirota. It was both professional and very informative. He was kind, patient and informative. The meeting was supposed to be 30min however we spoke for about 45 and he was answered all of my questions to my full satisfaction.
