Dr. Arcon Rios is exactly what I needed. She listens. She looks at her patients not as a textbook but as individuals. She is extremely kind in regards to your health needs and works with you to solve the problem. Highly recommend. I drive from GA just to see her.

My husband attempted to contact Dr Akron yesterday for an urgent appt. No one answered his calls so he wrote a portal message. She didn’t respond back until 7:33am today (with less than helpful information). I was informed by the office manager that they were all in a “mandatory financial meeting yesterday” so, I guess discussing your budget cuts at 2:30 in the afternoon take priority over patient care (typical). She is very professional, friendly, and kind. My husband just had a quadruple bypass and she helped keep his diabetes in control. The office staff always gets back to me if they need to talk to her about anything. If your looking for an endocrinologist, she and her staff are the best.
