I DO NOT recommend renting from this place, they are very unprofessional and do not care about there tenants. Do your research before renting!!!! The house had mold in it and they refuse to clean the property or pay for a cleaning crew to come in.
Keith is very rude and unprofessional I am one of his tenants and have been for four years I have had issues with my heat in the winter it wasnt fixed for a week my fridge was out for a week the back door a Has been rotten since I moved in here he has over charged me for court fees When I haven’t been to court and constantly changes my lease he has insulted me stating I need to be on meds due to depression and anxiety and hung up in my face his assistant Julie is very unprofessional when I asked for my paperwork of my balanc... read more
