Customer is absolute trash. The XM system is almost always experiencing some “unexpected” outage or network interruption making account access or changes unavailable. Try logging in with a password and it gives repeat error messages saying to try again for days on end. Customer service appears to have hands on knowledge about how the XM systems in the car work or how the online, app, car integrated systems should work without conflict. I don't understand how Sirius is still in business, but I suppose I do know why they can no longer afford Howard Stern, who I really don't listen to. I had Sirius years ago, and it just got too expensive, and had poor sound quality, as bad as AM radio sometimes. I recently got a new car that came with 1-year free XM-Sirius service, so I started to listen again. Thought I got a 4.85$ price but then 31$ per month on my credit card every month. Terrible customer service from Patrick !!!!!
