RecommendedOur 8 year old boxer recently had her second surgery at Sirius and I have to say the entire staff there is just AMAZING. They are all so helpful, empathic and understanding that it is hard to have an injured dog. They walk you through everything step by step, make sure you have all the information you need, send text updates and are always available over the phone for pre and post surgery questions and concerns. We know she received the absolute best care and would highly recommend them for anyone needing such services.
This was one of the best all-around experiences we have had with ANY type of business! We took our Shiba here for TPLO surgery, and we are so pleased. Everyone involved with Ivan's care was knowledgable, patient, and extremely responsive every step of the way. From explaining everything in depth to the updates throughout the day, you really put my mind at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our dog had surgery at Sirius today. The staff was excellent and Dr. Horstman did a wonderful job educating us about our dog’s condition. We received text messages throughout the day updating us on our dog’s progress.
