Her billing manager is worst and lazy. Dealing is a nightmare. If any small amount due directly forwards to collection agency. So be careful....
These people are money minded, want to extract money from you and insurance company as much as they can. Dr. Durbakula and billing Dept did wrong billing and sent directly to collection agency. Particularly billing manager is part-time, very lazy, worst, rude and unprofessional. So think before visiting at Russel Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD. I agree with others’ reviews posted on google about the office billing department. I never seen such kind of people.
in 2008 i took my new born to her to have an circumcision, my son has to get his circumcision done again becouse we found out the doctor did not do it right.I also tried to call her many time in the last few years to tell her, how she botched the circumcision but no one responded. patient name - so young king.
