After a lifetime of poor oral hygiene, I developed a severe case of periodental disease. I saw 3 different dentists, none of whom could or would take on such a big job. I finally got a referral to Dr. Garo Sirinian in Solana Beach. He clearly explained what needed to be done and told me of my options. After my first visit, the hope I had lost was restored. Dr. Sirinian is a fantastic doctor, extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manners. He saved my smile, to say the least. The office is the most pleasant I’ve ever visited, everyone is kind and always offer a smile. It’s a dentist office, but each and every visit is a pleasant one.
Dr S is extraordinary, in talent and technique. I’ve never seen better, or needed batter. Extraordinary.
Was referred here by my dentist for concerns with gum recession on just one tooth. Met with the doctor, who was extremely pleasant, but told me he wasn't concerned at all about my gums. He recommended I come to him for cleanings once a year going forward. Then I was charged $675 for my visit!! It turns out $450 of this were for additional x-rays (my dentist had sent hers). Dr Sirinian is amazing - very thoughtful in explanations and caring in his care. zero pain. would highly recommend for anyone scared of gnarly proceedures.
