Needs zero star option. I am being generous with 1 star. Horrible experience. Impossible to reach the office, older receptionist with blonde hair is rude and lost my paperwork. The doctor refused to sign off on paperwork and lied by saying paperwork was sent to another office. Would never recommend and will tell everyone I know to find anyone else. Horrible!!!!
Dr. Filipe-Izaguirre is compassionate, thorough, smart and a great listener. She cares and is a terrific problem solver without being an alarmist. Highly recommend.
