I cannot say enough to convey how lovely Meagan is. If you're looking for someone to assist on your wedding day, this is who you want! She is very kind, an excellent communicator and quick to adapt to anything that might happen on the big day. Based on other reviews, it seems like Meagan is a great choice for some people, but she was not a good choice for us. We elected to go with the month-of coordination option for our October 2025 wedding. We were not satisfied with the service provided on the day, or the communication and assistance in the lead up before the wedding. When I initially reached out to Meaghan in a panic because it has finally sunk in how much my venue was not going to take care. My mom was my florist and decorator, but I also wanted her to be there for my morning of, so I reached out to Meaghan to see if she could take on the role of decorator, day of coordinator and end of night tear down to allow my mom and my self to fully enjoy the day. We worked with Meagan for our wedding and she was so helpful all day. She keeps the big picture moving and helps you actually enjoy it — which, as a Type A bride, I really appreciated because I didn’t have to stress about the schedule or all the people to manage.
