I had to cancel a dentist appointment for my son this am due to him vomiting. I was told due to this being my first cancelation they would waive the fee. However, in the future I would need to bring him in even if he is vomiting so they can insure he is to sick to be seen. I confirmed by asking "Are you stating you want a vomiting child in your office to observe them if they get sick within a 23 hour period before the appointment?" They said "Yes. That is our policy."
