I was told they were running a background check. They ran a hard inquiry on credit. I knew my credit wasn't up to standard. My brother stole my Identity and ruined my credit across the US. If I had know they were running my credit, I wouldn't have agreed. Their hard inquiry dropped my credit fifty points as I just got it back up to get a vehicle and eventually get another home for my family. I have nothing but praise for Siracki Realty. I moved out of state and for 9 years they managed a rental house for me and expertly attended to the details of maintaining the property, vetting tenants and keeping me informed. I could not have picked a better company to take care of my property and would utilize their services again without hesitation.
Do not rent from these people !rented us a house with major water problems. Lied about basement being sealed.we complained about mold multiple times and told us it’s just mildew and never addressed it. Our son was hospitalized from the mold and we decided to move because these people just make excuses now they send us a bill for over 1,000 for issues that existed prior to us moving in. Do not use their service. They are completely incompetent, lie about basically everything, and are completely unresponsive. They haven't done a single thing right with our property. They LOST OUR HOUSE KEY, cleaned items that we expressly told them not to clean then charged us for them, and have been antagonistic when we confront them. My quality of life has diminished and blood pressure has skyrocketed as a result of talking with these fools. Save yourself the trouble.
