Spacious, good location. Staff is friendly and nice! Lots of students and young people, a good environment for students or young professionals!
The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable to live in. The lighting is average, but the overall environment is very clean and well maintained. The property management team is friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. The location is also very convenient for daily life. There is a gym downstairs, which is a nice addition, though it would be even better if there were more equipment available. Overall, I’m happy with the stay and would recommend it.

This building used to be a lot better but last two years the maintenance quality has been going down but they keep increasing the rent every year. 1 of the 2 elevators is not working most of the time. They took forever to fix a leak in our bathroom. And now lately they have been turning water off for repairs without any notice. Today they turned off the hot water without any notice. Constant repair issues.
The place is really good, next to the university. And space is pretty large, which was also the reason why I and my roommate chose it. But the ending was not good at all. We pay the lease until May 1st. And there are people came to change our lock about three weeks before May 1st. I stoped them. And they kept leading people into our room to tour when I was very stressed prepare for final.
