This building used to be a lot better but last two years the maintenance quality has been going down but they keep increasing the rent every year. 1 of the 2 elevators is not working most of the time. They took forever to fix a leak in our bathroom. And now lately they have been turning water off for repairs without any notice. Today they turned off the hot water without any notice. Constant repair issues.
The place is really good, next to the university. And space is pretty large, which was also the reason why I and my roommate chose it. But the ending was not good at all. We pay the lease until May 1st. And there are people came to change our lock about three weeks before May 1st. I stoped them. And they kept leading people into our room to tour when I was very stressed prepare for final. I'm a professional that has recently moved into the building and so far my experience with this apartment has been good, it's relatively spacious compared to the other apartments I've viewed, and close to a lot of things including transit. Lucia has been really good about answering my questions and showing me around the apartment and overall I feel like this has been a good place for me so far.
I recently visited an apartment and was greeted by Lucia, who took the time to show me around. Although my plans changed at the last minute and I wasn’t actually looking to rent at that moment, I had a wonderful experience with Lucia. She did an excellent job presenting the apartment, answered all of my questions, and demonstrated great respect throughout the process. If I decide to rent an apartment in the future, I would definitely seek Lucia’s assistance again. I highly recommend her.
