Nice, spacious apartment with great natural light year round. Close to university and LRT, as well as many restaurant and fast food options in the area, which makes it convenient for students. Management's office is right downstairs in the lobby and everyone is very friendly and helpful. If there are any issues in the apartment or repairs that need to be done, it is always super quick and efficient.
The building is clean, functioning and comfortable to live in. The management staff are extremely helpful and nice
Apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom apartment compared to others on the rental market for the same price. The apartment decks are huge with lots of room to take in the nice view. The building (hallways, common areas, gym) is always clean and staff are friendly and willing to help. Maintenance requests are followed up on in a timely matter. Good parkade for an extra fee. Very convenient location near the university and LRT.
The management is very welcoming and helpful. Amazing location and great environment as well.
