This is the second time we’ve used Sir Grout for tile cleaning & their technician, Jerome, was great. He did a fabulous job & our floors look brand new. Jerome was very polite, thorough & explained his procedures along the way. Kudos to him and Sir Grout!!
Sean and Christian both worked on the floors in our condo for several hours and did a very thorough job. They were personable young men and explained the process as they went along communicating with us extremely well. I highly recommend this service to people looking for good quality, at a fair price.
Very professional and efficient
Crew was on time and polite. They explained the process and double checked the color. This isa very precise procedure and all went great. The grout looks terrific and completely uniform. Great job!
Our appointment was set for 8 a.m August 14th , 3 man crew arrived promptly at 7:45, impressive. It was an all day job, they did not rush. Very professional, polite and aimed to please . And WOW! What a fabulous job. Floors look brand new. Also very informative on the up keep . Their products work fantastic. Yes we were very impressed,,but most impressive ,was the way they respect their Boss ,the owner. Which is a rarity in todays world. You guys , were great 👍 Thank You
