Wow, Far exceeded our expectations. Extremely punctual from the initial estimate (Dirk) to the day of the shower restoration. (Jerome). Jerome’s is an extremely personable, courteous, knowledgeable individual. His work is impeccable. He a very valuable asset to Sir Grout. Our shower looks brand new!! Would highly recommend.

What a great company! On time, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and great customer service! After years of hands and knees tile and grout cleaning, I decided to have it done professionally. Had Sir Grout come repair our shower stall past December. Looked okay until we cleaned it for first time with our reading glasses and found a multitude of places they missed. Had them come back out and he supposedly repaired these areas. Upon further inspection, I realize they did a lousy job. The old adage if you want it done right do it yourself applies here. They were not cheap ! I am going to redo the job myself. They suck !
