I started off on a bad foot bc I made a mistake on the date of arrival. Dirk was so understanding so he arranged for our appointment to be fixed to our liking. Today, at about 8 AM Jerome arrived first. Introducing himself and what he would do. He began moving some things and about 10 mins later his partner, Pedro arrived. We had to choose between jackhammering up our floor and restoration with Sir Grout. We definitely made the right choice by having the floor restored. Great service and smart, experienced staff. The floors look great. Every home with extensive tile should have these guys come in every 7 to 10 years, at least. Well worth the cost.
We are extremely pleased with Sir Grout’s tile & grout cleaning service. Pedro, our technician, was professional and explained the process every step of the way. The floors in our bathrooms and kitchen looked dirty and dingy, and the grout was impossible to clean. After Sir Grout’s deep clean and grout restoration the floors look like new. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results and highly recommend their services.

I am going to tell you... our floors look like we just had new tile put int. Our 20 year old original tiles look brand new. They did a great job... and saved us $thousands of dollars by not having to purchase new tile. Thank you Sir Grout!! Definitely will refer people you way.
