Wow! I was extremely impressed with EVERYTHING when working with the folks at Sir Grout. Chris came out and did an estimate - incredibly efficient and knowledgeable...then Khadijah came out and did the work - quietly - efficiently - SO POLITELY...AMAZING, TRULY. My shower looks BRAND NEW - better really because they fixed some of MY grouting mistakes. Thank you so much! I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this company.
It has been an excellent experience with Sir Grout. So glad to find a company that makes it easy on the customer. From the first contact to the work being completed, each person was professional, polite and listened to our needs. The work was completed, and I could not be more satisfied. I damaged my marble shower my using an acidic cleaner. It etched and stained the tile. Needless to say, it made me sick. I called a tile company to see if it could be repaired. The company stated they could only tear it out and redo it. They also checked with another company to see if they could repair by sanding, but it was a no go. I was devasted. Sir Grout was great! Matt Morrissey was SUPER helpful and very professional! Collin did a wonderful job, and was very timely! Loved working with them both.
I highly recommend Sir Grout for your flooring needs! Technician was friendly and willing to answer any questions. Joe gave an excellent presentation of how the work would be done. My kitchen floor grout looks fantastic! A big thank you to Sir Grout.
