Sir grout was very professional and easy to schedule appointments. Ann was great! She even got me an extra discount! Their technicians, Eddie and Jonathan were very helpful and polite. They came on-time and explained the entire process to me in detail. They also did their best to get certain hard to fix stains off my tiles. I initially scheduled an appointment for a quote to have my bathroom floor cleaned and sealed and was quoted $400 with $50 discount for virtual appointment. I then asked for an additional quote for my shower area and was provide a quote for that as well although that was not the original service requested. Once I was ready to provided with only the original service which was my bathroom floor, I was told I could not have the service done because it was under $500 which was not explained or discussed during the appointment. Man was I impressed, our shower is now clean as a whistle and all the grout lines are perfect and uniform. No more mildew stains and all the grout lines match! Thanks to our Technician Jose, showed up right at 8 AM and got to work, he was great respectful and neat, he got the job done at noon.
