These guys did a great job bringing new life to a floor that was installed in 1912! If you have need a stone floor deep cleaned, these are the people to call!
Sir Grout did not complete our project to our satisfaction. While the crew did a nice job with the cleaning, sealing, and caulking of our granite counters, as well as the grout on our kitchen, bathroom, and shower floors, the work on the bathroom vanity was incomplete. They removed some blemishes, but not all of them, and I do not believe a seal or finish was ever applied to the surface. Our dissatisfaction was compounded when we discovered that the crew had tripped a circuit breaker in the bathroom and failed to inform us. ... read more
