Sir Grout did not complete our project to our satisfaction. While the crew did a nice job with the cleaning, sealing, and caulking of our granite counters, as well as the grout on our kitchen, bathroom, and shower floors, the work on the bathroom vanity was incomplete. They removed some blemishes, but not all of them, and I do not believe a seal or finish was ever applied to the surface. I originally reached out to Ann in September of 2024 asking for a free estimate to recaulk our walk-in shower on the north side of Chicago. I did not actually get around to scheduling the work until today (April 1st) though. Ann was very thorough in giving me some insight into what the best options were for our shower and I even decided to have the sink recaulked as well.
