Complete waste of money-was told my floor would look almost new again and for $750.00 looks exactly the same except for a few grout lines where he actually replaced the grout. Never again-should have went with Stanly Steamer-they did my friends kitchen for half the price and her grout DID look new! Don't waste your money!
