The technician (GG) was right on time and did exactly what had been discussed. He was very friendly and had to deal with two dogs as he brought his equipment in and out. He did a great job and made my floor and shower look like new. He explained how to clean it in the future and left me a product to use. I would definitely use Sir Grout again and hope they send out GG. Thanks for a job well done.
