Sir Grout came and did work for us in two bathrooms. Initially, the work went relatively well. The work comes with a one-year warranty and in my personal experience, Sir Grout does not fulfill its warranty guarantee. I've been waiting for a response from Sir Grout for warranty work and have not heard back anything definitive for over 4 months. Other handymen tried but failed. Sir Grout succeeded. Now I can shower in peace. No more cracks and openings. The floor is also splendid. My master bath is once again beautiful. Sir Grout also restored three other bathrooms in my home. And the guys from Sir Grout are so patient, careful and skilled. 😃
