Fantastic experience; great overall value of costs and quality. Jeff was knowledgable, explained options to me of how I could meet my needs in my bathroom at different price points, was communicative and thorough. And Nick, the technician, was professional, knowledgable, such a diligent worker, and did fantastic work. Overall, would definitely hire these guys again. Consistent in communication and quality.
These people know grout! They expertly repaired the grout on my bathroom floor and shower to make it like new! Jeff is great at explaining what needs to be done and how it's done and Donald was a great technician. They're helpful and knowledgeable, reasonably priced and real experts.
Sir Grout was fantastic all around. I had a crack in the tile floor of the shower, disintegrating caulk and mold around the kitchen sink from the sealant wearing away. Jeff, the franchise owner arrived for the estimate and was courteous and polite, answering all my questions. The technician who did the work, Joe, was punctual, thorough and neat, taking care of everything that was agreed to in the quote. These guys did an excellent job fixing my bathroom shower tile and floor. It looks SO good. They were thorough but efficient, super detail-oriented, very kind, cleaned up everything after the work was done, and took the time to let me look through sample colors. They were also able to get me a certificate of insurance for my condo building quickly (when i requested it at the very last minute).
