I received 5 star service from Sir Grout Atlanta. Nick did an excellent job. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My grout looks brand new. Very pleased with Sir Grout Atlanta.
I had an appt for Monday the 16th and got a text last night from the owner and asked if he could come out the NEXT day between 1:00 & 1:30 which would have been the 12th. I arranged to come home and waited for him to show up…at 2:30 I texted him. He told me he scheduled someone else for the time slot and forgot he had scheduled me. I am sure they do a wonderful job based of the pictures online but the owner Jeff is very unprofessional. First he tried to reschedule my appointment which I was confused because I set my schedule for that time because that’s the time I was available to be home. But then he texted back saying to keep my appointment for 1-1:30 pm. Got a txt from him saying he will be here after 1:30…like what time is after 1:30…from 1:30 to 11pm.
