I would not recommend Sir Auto Glass. They installed a defective driver-side window on my vehicle 9/15/2025. The window doesn’t fit properly, sticks up when rolled all the way down, has a rough edge, and the finish is distorted. When I reached out to have the issue corrected, they stopped returning my calls and avoided addressing the problem. Will be taking further action. Sir Auto Glass did a great job replacing the windshield on my Kia. Everyone was nice, efficient, and quick to help. They also got the insurance company on the phone with me and helped give them all the info they needed. The tech installed a new windshield at my home in about an hour, and was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!!!
Been trying to warranty this windshield they installed on my pickup for over a month this company is a nightmare to deal with. Also the windshield leaked in 4 different locations. And lastly you’ll have like 10 different numbers messaging you forever even after it was installed the first time there automated message wouldn’t stop until I blocked the number. Oh yeah and there tech broke my gauge pod mount while installing the windshield
