Great experience all around. Everyone I worked with thru the process was professional, personable and eager to make the process seamless and easy for me. They did a great job on my windshield and checked up afterwards to make sure I was still satisfied.

A stone kicked up by a passing truck cracked my RAV4 windshield during a vacation trip. I called State Farm on a Friday afternoon and the agent recommended Sir Glass and sent them my policy info. I called them and they had it and immediately contacted the adjuster who approved it. We scheduled the replacement for Monday morning. Chase S. showed up on time and had the old windshield out and the new one in, plus camera calibration, in a bit over an hour in my driveway.
