Vince came all the way out to stevenson and took care of my truck windshield while i wasn't home. His Customer Service was 10/10, i will definitely be using these guys next time i need auto glass.
I have worked with them several times, all wonderful experiences until now. I opened a claim for the crack in my windshield and called sir auto glass 8/13. They informed me that the glass for my car was on a national back order. I finally got an appointment scheduled for 10/23. At 11:30 that day I texted them for an ETA, no response. I called them and left a voicemail at 2:30, no response. Best deal and friendliest compared to others in town. They’ll price match and are quick to reply. Very chill, friendly, and communicative , would recommend.
Has been nothing short of a nightmare, Kevin the sales rep has been extremely helpful but no to very little communication from anyone from the shop and multiple reschedules. When they replaced my windshield it burnt up the saftey camera well they replaced it still my van couldn’t be calibrated so had to take into a shop to get it diagnosed. Shop determined it was camera or windshield issue well now I’ve taken a couple days off work and I’ve been rescheduled on multiple times. Would not recommend them to anyone at this point,
