I called Steve today and I think he was the nicest sounding person ever! Could be deceiving but just how friendly and professional he was on the phone - he got my business. People underestimate the value of phone customer service. It’s like a first impression and you have one shot to get it right!

Took a pressure washer and a generator to Sir Fix a Lot. He diagnosed my problem while I was there, gave me a very fair estimate of price and estimate time for completion. But one of the best part of my experience was his dog. He has a juvenile shepherd that is his baby. You can tell she is well cared for and loved. She is very sweet, playful and friendly. The overall service, price, customer service, and experience was above and beyond! When I called Steve and discussed my issue with my riding lawn mower, he was able to look at it right away. He was fast, efficient, well versed and knowledgeable! The review about his dog was completely inaccurate and nowhere near the truth. The dog was extremely happy and well mannered.
