Don't ever trust this guy, screwed my neighbors out of a nice lawnmower, claimed he fixed it, but he did nothing he said, even left the broken O-ring in and everything!! Garbage, screw you
I called Steve today and I think he was the nicest sounding person ever! Could be deceiving but just how friendly and professional he was on the phone - he got my business. People underestimate the value of phone customer service. It’s like a first impression and you have one shot to get it right!

Took a pressure washer and a generator to Sir Fix a Lot. He diagnosed my problem while I was there, gave me a very fair estimate of price and estimate time for completion. But one of the best part of my experience was his dog. He has a juvenile shepherd that is his baby. You can tell she is well cared for and loved. She is very sweet, playful and friendly.
