I needed my riding mower fixed and Steve was the most responsive, helpful person I could find from Google. His pricing and assessment was accurate over the phone when I called and it is obvious that he is well experienced. He picked up my mower, fixed it at his shop and had it back to me within two days - excellent. The pricing was fair and he showed me all that he performed - very thorough. I plan to continue using his services for all my mower service and repair needs.
Don't ever trust this guy, screwed my neighbors out of a nice lawnmower, claimed he fixed it, but he did nothing he said, even left the broken O-ring in and everything!! Garbage, screw you
I called Steve today and I think he was the nicest sounding person ever! Could be deceiving but just how friendly and professional he was on the phone - he got my business. People underestimate the value of phone customer service. It’s like a first impression and you have one shot to get it right!
