UPDATE: So respectfully, I took the time & responded to the generic, automated response (see below - it is the same reply to any and all negative reviews). I provided the requested info and received no follow up. Its a joke. The lack of effort and disregard for customer care would deter me from visiting any of the businesses associated with Sir Corp. I am writing regarding a very disappointing experience at Jack Astor’s Newmarket on July 4 during the Canada soccer game. We had a reservation for 12:45 p.m. and were advised over the phone to arrive early if we wanted preferred seating, as it would be first come, first served. Just wondering. Went to a location at Wonderland Road , London Ont yesterday. Watched several servers cleaning tables. First they wipe the seats, then wipe the table tops. Sooo, all the place where people were sitting and excreting now goes on the table. When I am paying a bill for nearly a $100.00. I expect some sort of cleanliness. If I was in charge of the Board of Health, you’d be locked up. Is this common protocol , as I used to be in the food industry. Thank you
