The glass has cracked around the heating element for the wipers. The element shows signs of shorting out.

I had my windshield replaced by sir auto glass- but the exterior covers immediately starting peeling off, one even flew off into the road while I was driving. Luckily I was able to retrieve it from the road. I called and they sent someone over to "fix it". The picture was from the very next day after they fixed it- it had already peeled away and is ready fly off again.
