Sir Auto replaced my window and after they left I noticed the view through it was slightly distorted. After two months of trying to get ahold of the appropriate party, being told I would be contacted, and given the run around a tech came out to look at my window, agreed it was a faulty glass and replaced it. After he left, I noticed the exact same issue. It’s now been 1.5 more months of trying to get ahold of someone to replace this 2nd faulty glass. I called Sir Auto Glass as soon as they opened and explained that I was selling my car and had just traveled 5 hours to get there, and the night before had two rocks bust our windshield. We needed to get it repaired asap. They went above and beyond to help get it replaced the same day as I called and within 3-4 hours of first contacting them They were great to do business with and were professional and responsive. Would rate them a 10 star. Would drive back to Meridian just to have them do the work again if needed.
Good job, communication could be a tad better but overall satisfied.
They were amazing !! I would highly recommend them !! They walked me over everything through my insurance and made it way easy process! Came to my house and was done within the hour !!! Thank you so much !
They did an excellent job on the installation of the new windshield and took time to explain the warranty... great service i will certainly call them again
