Needed to get my windshield replaced, left an inquiry to get a quote, and wiithin 20 min I was contacted. The owner said that he had the glass in stock, he asked if I was a Veteran, and proceeded to tell me that he could get it done as early as the following day. Tyler came out today 9-26-25 FRI, the windshield was replaced professionally, and it took no time at all. They do offer a warranty and the service was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend SIR AUTO GLASS. Fast, quick, no hassle, easy service.
I had my windshield replaced without a problem. The issues arose after. At the time they were unable to have the window sync with my camera and sensors, I was told they would follow up with my. After giving them a few days I asked the dealership they said the work would be $500, and several hours. Not just a quick software update like the technician said. My technician was pleasant and on time, but my rear view mirror was damaged in the installation process. Warranty service has completely fallen through. No response to my request for compensation for the repair of my mirror. Really disappointed
