their drinks are amazing so i love getting them, but today the customer service sent me over. the girl today in the drive thru immediately set us off as she was extremely rude over the intercom. we pull up to the window and not even a hello or hi just a straight "cash or card" i've truly never seen such horrible customer service ever. almost said something but didn't wanna make her day worse than it seemed to have been.
The service now is just horrible. One person working with a line to the road. You wait 3-5 minutes to even have your order taken to get to the window to be told she just now will make your order.
Not sure what has happened the last 3 times I have came my drinks just don’t taste the same. Not sure if it’s watered down or changing supplies but I will unfortunately have to go elsewhere for now on.
I wish they would treat their delivery drivers a lot better than they do. They have you shot for milk and all their stuff and they tipped very very, very horrible. It’s sad.
Signage could be improved. Drive-up only. Drinks were great. Flavor is consistent every day. The staff is friendly. Prices are very reasonable.
