We are extremely pleased with our new roof by Sipes Roofing and everyone that worked on this project, especially Jarett. After losing some shingles in a wind storm, which they came and covered right away, insurance was only going to approve the replacement of half our garage roof. Jarett stuck with battling back and forth with the insurance company for us. We hired Sipes Roofing for a whole roof replacement, and Jarett was outstanding! Jarett excels at customer communication he explained the entire shingle installation process clearly. Jarett answered all of my questions on what to expect. After the crew was finished with the roof, he came out to make sure everything was done and that we were happy with the roof.
