Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Patrick may be the best sales rep in the business. He came into a job that was ghosted by another company and picked up the pieces and began working with my insurance without flinching. His work was detailed and thorough. He provided detailed info every step of the way, and fought hard to make sure all aspects that should be covered by insurance were. The finished product was perfect. Will be reaching out in the future for our siding project.
They just finished our roof replacement and I could not be happier with the entire project. Steve the project manager was responsive and helpful. The crews that did the job were outstanding and friendly. And Tony who came out to make sure everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction was excellent! Highly recommend for any roofing projects you make needs!
We are extremely pleased with our new roof by Sipes Roofing and everyone that worked on this project, especially Jarett. After losing some shingles in a wind storm, which they came and covered right away, insurance was only going to approve the replacement of half our garage roof. Jarett stuck with battling back and forth with the insurance company for us. Patrick was fantastic to work with! He made the entire process very smooth and easy to understand, answering all of my questions and keeping me informed with every step. He is also just the nicest guy! He’s friendly, communicative, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I really appreciated how easy he made everything and the quality of work.
