I am not a fan of them. been there twice both times the receptionist was rude. The first time I was there they lost my car info and didn't fix my window vary well, quit rolling down 3 days later. that was the whole reason I took it in in the first place. I try to Avoid this place if I can

I had a detail appointment at 8 am . It’s now close to 3 pm; my car still isn’t ready. They didn’t get to it at appointment time. What if I had needed my car later today? The appointment was set a week ago.
I never complain but today I am... never take your vehicle to Sipes body shop!!!!!!! What a joke for a so called business!!!! We had a appointment today that we had scheduled for a week now and they stated it would be done at noon for my car to have the windshield replaced.. i took off work 2 hours early to pick it up.. my husband even called at noon to make sure it's done before we get our triplet babies out and they say yes its ready for pick up... we get there and it hadn't even been touched are you kidding me!!!!
