The worst experience I’ve ever had. I feel like they had a new tech just practice on me feet. The sense of urgency I was already in to get my toes done before my flight and I was praying based on the reviews that I would leave pleased. The pedi from start to finish ain’t even worth $5!!!!!! They don’t scrub good or nothing. I literally wanted to cry walking out. The manager was nice and tried to help fix the mistake but it was too late . Upon arrival I wasn’t even greeted with a hello until a few minutes into standing around. I was told to come up there as they were taking walk ins until 7 pm and when I got there at 6:15 pm they told me I didn’t have an appointment and there were no more walk ins. The people that answer the phone need to be on the same page with the people who turn away customers because they clearly weren’t. Jeremy and aalyah, crystal. The whole staff is friendly. Jeremy im in love with my 2026 st.patty's day nails, Aalyah has always have my nails poppin!! Haven't had the pleasure of sitting in My Crystal's chair but ive seen some sets that are pure fire!!!
First time here, and I had the pleasure of working with Mimi; he was absolutely amazing, with great energy. I will be a returning customer. The bar service was excellent. Also, I can't remember the bartender's name, but she was amazing.
