It was my first time at Sip N Nails Spa, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed! Ms. Crystal took amazing care of me. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and made me feel right at home. And baby, when I say she went to war on these feet she handled them like a true champ! Was excited to try this salon however I’ve tried twice and have yet to receive service. First time, I came well within the posted business hours, pulled the door and it was locked. Second time, for my birthday, I came in around 11:45am, finally tapped out and left at 1:38pm after not being greeted, or being addressed at all during my wait. Great addition to the shopping complex. Great customer service. Nail set I received was basic. Pedicure was decent. Currently have a summer special.
When I tell you this place is so beautiful and the staff is so wonderful and ms Crystal is so amazing please you must go and ask for her the whole vibe on this place is amazing
