They cancelled my appointment without sending a confirmation so I turned up to my 8 am appointment on the day that I was officiating my friends wedding and the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders saying "I don't know why you didn't get a confirmation of the cancellation". I begged her to do something about it, I had wet hair and had to be performing a wedding service in 2 hours. I begged if I could do my own hair using their tongs just standing at a mirror so I wouldn't be in anyone's way she shrugged again and said no.... read more
This place is great, I loved the atmosphere! Hailey was my stylist and she did a beautiful job with my hair! My blowout came out exactly how I wanted it to. I also got to enjoy a cute cotton candy mimosa, the icing on the cake to a wonderful experience here! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to leave feeling refreshed and beautiful!
I’ve tried this place a few times for both hair and makeup services and it is consistently underwhelming. The place is cute but the quality of services is really just for children
