Such a unique bar located in the heart of uptown Charlotte! Whether you are looking to grab a drink or two after a long work day or cozy up in the Cellar with a bottle if champagne; SIPs diverse ambiance is one not to skip out on.
An absolute dump. The rudest bartender I've ever encountered. Crappy overpriced drinks on the menu. I wouldn't spend a penny here. My forecast; it will be closed in a few months. A place this bad thankfully won't survive long in a town with so many good choices. Avoid at all costs.
