I usually see Dr. McCarthy for my toenails… But he was out of town for three weeks so I got an appointment with Dr. Kelly. The nurse came in and numbed my toe gently so I didn't hurt too bad and Dr Kelly took out both sides of the ingrown toenail instead of just the one which was great for me. I was in and out of the office in no time and pretty much painless!
I don't go here but a i have a friend who goes there. Its very nice place and clean. Friendly employees and good service but I think one of the employees needs to wear gloves and user sanitizer alot. Sanitize any thing she handles other than that it seems to be a very nice place very nice doctors.
Clean waiting room and had price is right going ! Extremely nice staff and professional Dr! Wish I could give them 6 stars
This is the second time that I have gone to this office. Both times I wasn’t seen until 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment. I had a nail issue that was growing into my toe quite deep. Dr. Kelly then cut the nail without any numbing agent. It hurt to the point I had to request the numbing agent. When he brought the numbing agent in I asked where the numbing agent would be injected and he replied “do you want this fixed or not.” Bed side manner needs to be worked on. I would look elsewhere if needing podiatry work.
It was my first time and I would give Dr.Mccarthy 5stars. He did an excellent job with explaining and showing exactly what was happening in the foot causing the pain. He also was able to treat the pain right away and provided support and recommendations to prevent it from occurring again. His nurse was also very inviting and treated us with great respect.
