Within the first month of having service they are having "server" issues and I've without service for a week with no updates on when it will be fixed. Do not use this service.
I have spent 4 hours over the course of a month trying to get my elderly parents' landline repaired. They still do not have a working phone and I can't get anyone to tell me when or if it is going to be fixed. Terrible customer service. Unacceptable that this has gone on so long while my parents continue to pay for "service" they are not receiving.
