My dog was sick on Christmas Eve. We called their emergency line and had our call returned in less than fifteen minutes. Dr. Samuelson was able to give us advice but advised us to reach out again if the situation progressed. Well... it did and he met us at the office in 20 minutes to care for our dog. He never once seemed agitated that we had intruded on his holiday. He even kept in touch today (Christmas) to see if our dog is doing better. Thank you so much for being there for him.
I brought my dog in on a Sunday and they were happy to help him we're so kind and helpful I took him home Monday night and he has been doing great every since

I've always taken my pets to this clinic. Dr. Kroeger and her staff did an amazing job with my dog today. He was shaking and nervous as heck, like usual when he's at the Vet, but they were so gentle and Dr. Kroeger was so thorough, explained EVERYTHING to Me, I've always had a good experience here but today I think, was the best! On top of all of this, they worked me in same day. Thank you all so much for making my fur baby feel better! �
