He no-call no-showed to our first meeting but we gave him the benefit of the doubt. We tried to reach out to him for the 30 day check-in but he never responded. Texts/emails, nothing. Completely ghosted us. Guy is in the wrong business. Currently our wedding week and luckily we found a replacement. Wow.

Overall I’d say service was ok. He was quite unresponsive to the point where we had to have our wedding planner reach out to him for us. We met with him very early in the planning process (at least like 10 months before our wedding) and he seemed very nice, organized, and outgoing. But when I tried to contact Jacob in the months closer to my wedding, I couldn’t get a response back. Jacob is truly a blessing. He made the process for us so incredibly easy and smooth. He wrote an incredible rendition of our story for our ceremony.
