Austyn welcomed me and thoroughly explained how the paint process on my Crosstrek would work. I found him easy to talk with, and he gave me regular updates on the progress of my vehicle. Austyn told me that the vehicle would look like it rolled off the factory floor when finished. And that’s exactly what my Crosstrek looked like. Hats off to Travis who did the painting, a true professional. All in all it was a pleasure doing business at Luther Collision, - Peter Lieberman.
Tanner was excellent communicating the entire process from insurance questions to how long it would take, etc., My Subaru looks like new. Will always come here for any repairs in the future.The receptionists were also very kind.

Huge thanks to Luther Collision and Glass (Sioux Falls) for outstanding service. While driving my 83-year-old dad home from heart surgery in his car (it’s easier for him to get in/out of than my truck), I noticed the front passenger wheel well liner was coming loose and was close to contacting the tire when turning. When our daughter was rear-ended and needed her car repaired, Austyn and his team at Luther were absolutely exceptional! Not only did they take great care of our car, but they also went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed while it was being fixed. They kept us informed every step of the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. We will definitely be back for any future repair needs and highly recommend them!
