Husband just checked in. I don't recall the last time we were treated so rude by anyone! The receptionist Kim is obviously very overwhelmed and having a bad day. Very unprofessional!
We came from out of town for an MRI. Upon arrival we were informed we had the wrong date and had missed the appt by a day. The staff was understanding and very helpful in remedying my mistake. They were able to squeeze my son in for his mri and we were out in no time.
Give it a five star rating. Was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. The technician was very concerned about my comfort and answered all questions.
