Called requesting emergency service, as advertised on their site. Told me that they would not be able to assist until 9 AM the next day, so they are not actually 24/7. Was then rude to me and hung up when I pointed this out. Very unfriendly place.
Tried calling several times nobody seems to wanna work or answer the phone
They're always doing fine work on my rig--not that I need it all the time. But when something does go wrong that I can't fix myself, I get on the horn to this team.
