Great folks, my wife and I have been going for a few years now.
I absolutely loved this gym since Day 1, I actually felt a little humbled by the recognition on my “first workout”. Everyone, including the members are so supportive of each other. The coaches, wow, I can’t say enough good things about them, positive, motivating, encouraging, inspiring, etc, I’m so thankful 🙏 that I finally found a fitness gym that I can use to reach my fitness goals!
Great gym with amazing, compassionate coaches that truly care about you and your health. Gym has a great, positive, upbeat vibe!
I love this place! The workouts only take 30 minutes, but they pack a PUNCH. Coach Jill and Coach Vicky are fantastic! They bring the energy, the laughs, and make sure everyone gets the most out of every session. The members are all motivated, friendly, and super supportive of each other -- it's great! Thanks for welcoming me into the family!!
