Had a fine experience while living and renting. They took nearly $600 off our deposit for cleaning and other random items. Charged us for light bulbs that needed to be replaced when the lights were out before we even moved in, also charged for an over the top cleaning fee when we spent an entire day cleaning prior to moving. So if you rent with them, hire a cleaner because even if you clean yourself you'll end up paying for a cleaner in fees.

Unorganized, lazy, and unprofessional. Those three words describe this business. Here are many examples: -My air conditioning was loud (and I mean speakers on 100 loud) and the owner told me that "it works fine" and that I should "run it until it either breaks or explodes". After a week and a half of waiting for a technician to look at the unit the owner tells me it may not even be replaced because of costs. -Washer and dryer costs were around $1 but the owner bumped the prices up to $1.50 and $1.25 respectively.
