They were tricky to get ahold of to pay over the phone. Would get transfered to a department and leave a message and noone would get back to me. Also when I came to pick up my car it was dead... its a plug in hybrid, and now whatever they did, the car no longer seems to charge the regular car battery in electric mode. It worked perfectly before bringing it in there. Also they still have my spare key...... I just expected more from the ford dealer.
