I bought a used F150 here that seemed to be in good shape. About two months later it started to break down. We brought the truck in, and the service manager said that he could not cover it under warranty, but he said have Dom, the head of sales call me back. Well, Dom was too passive to do so. So, he had somebody else call me to tell me that I need to pay full price. I wish I could've talked to Dom, but he must be more of a passive leader.
