Extremely unprofessional. This accountant redirected our tax refund without our permission, even though I had already paid for their services. Attempts to resolve the situation directly were ignored, and the office refused to take responsibility for their actions. I would strongly caution anyone from trusting them with their taxes. No recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto, Juan hizo la preparación de mis taxes y coloco mis datos para el depósito de mi devolución mal por lo cual a fecha de hoy 8 de agosto 2022 no he recibido el dinero. Además de eso en la declaración coloco para que si había un error los cheques los imprimiera el lo cual me parece muy irresponsable de su parte no contestar el teléfono de la oficina y el whatsapp, la oficina dice estar abierta pero jamás hay nadie ahí. Good luck getting a hold of this guy he really screwed up my taxes bad. BEWARE he takes your money and runs. I tried to get a hold of him for months and no response. I will be reporting him to the IRS
