Went for an appointment. I have 30 colored hair- although I should have asked she was advertising that hair was included just not mine (not specifying which colors) I get there and I ask if there is a discount since I have to buy my own hair and other customers do not. She states no and its in her policy- I asked to see her policy and she refused. Luckily I got my deposit back. She was rude and asked me why I was not understanding. I guess it works out if you are looking for just black hair.

This place has horrible service! I recently made an appointment with them on FB and sent my deposit. I arrived on time at my scheduled time and Maria wasnt there. The other lady said she left and wasn't coming back. I asked for a refund and was told no. I asked the other lady to call Maria and all of sudden the lady acted like she doesnt speak English. My appt was at 3 she told me it would take 5 hours to do my hair. She actually did it in 3 1/2 hours my hair looked GREAT and the price was very reasonable. I will use her again and I have told ppl to check her out they want be disappointed with her work
